Background: During a natural disaster, one way for people to get the essential supplies needed to survive, like food, water, and medicine, is when they are airdropped from helicopters or airplanes. The job of an engineer is to make sure that containers of important supplies aren’t damaged when dropped from great heights.
Directions: Your challenge is to design and build a container, no more than 6 inches by 6 inches, that will protect food when it drops onto the ground.
